PA has no SREC-style state program
Unlike New Jersey, Pennsylvania does not currently have a state solar incentive program like SREC-II. Pennsylvania solar economics rely primarily on electricity savings and the federal tax credit. See Is Solar Worth It in Pennsylvania?.
Reading your PECO bill
PECO bills separate supply (generation) from delivery. The kWh usage and rate are what we design around. See Understanding Your Electric Bill.
Interconnection
Connecting to PECO's grid follows an interconnection process your installer coordinates. Ask your installer about current PECO requirements and timelines.
