TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SHOPSMARTAI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO: • LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL • SERVICE INTERRUPTION • COMPUTER DAMAGE OR SYSTEM FAILURE • THE COST OF SUBSTITUTE SERVICES OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM.
